RETURNS POLICY
We accept returns for 30 days from the original purchase date. Apparel items must be unworn and clean with hangtags attached and free of fur/hair. Non-apparel items must be unused and preferably still in its original packaging. We reserve the right to send back used, dirty or soiled items.
Items that cannot be returned (unless defective) include:
- Customized products (e.g. embroidered items)
- Special-order products not in our normal product catalog or online product listing
- Products that have been used or altered
Seconds and Clearance items are final sale, no returns, exchanges or warranties.
Return Instructions:
All items being returned must be shipped with the packing slip and/or order confirmation page. Please also include a written explanation for returning the product. We will issue a refund for the sales amount less shipping & handling costs. Refunds are issued within 1-5 days after the returned merchandise is received by Peregrine Outdoor Products.
