Peregrine Outdoor Products, LLC unconditionally guarantees all merchandise to be free from defects - we stand by our products and those of our partner manufacturers. Please contact us if you have a problem with one of our products and we will repair or replace it at our option. We accept returns for 30 days from the original purchase date. Apparel items must be unworn with hangtags attached and in original sellable condition. Non-apparel items must be unused and preferably still in its original packaging.
Items that cannot be returned (unless defective) include:
• Customized products (e.g. embroidered items)
• Special-order products not in our normal product catalog or online product listing
• Products that have been used or altered
Seconds and Clearance items are final sale, no returns, exchanges, or warranties.
Many of our products are shipped directly by our online manufacturers and a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number may be required before a product can be returned. In addition, certain products may need to be returned to the manufacturer instead of to Peregrine Outdoor Products. Please email us or call before returning a product to determine if an RMA is required and to what address to return a product. All items being returned must be shipped with the packing slip and/or order confirmation page. Please also include a written explanation with reason for returning the product.
If you need to exchange an item, you will return the original item for a refund and place an order for alternate item rather than a direct exchange. Please know that inventory changes frequently so it is best to order your replacement item as soon as possible.
Refunds are issued within 1-5 business days after the returned merchandise is received by Peregrine Outdoor Products. Each bank will have their own processing time as well.

Or take the package to your local post office, UPS, Fedex etc .
